Yep, there is ВКП (б) (ACP(b)), but it means All-of-soviet-union communist party (of bolsheviks) so, applying it to Equestria, we'd get the same ВКП(б) (ACP(b)) = All-of-Equestria Communist party (of bolsheviks). + we'd get the monstrous «Vseequestriyskaya» adj.
Ok, after spelling «Equestriyskaya» a few times, i've got the hang of it and it no longer seems alien to me. So all the words above are pointless! But i was typing 'em for soooo loooong, that i can't just erase 'em!
Also the "Vseequestrinskaya" (pol: "wszechequestriańska") doesn't sound bad, but the prefix "vse-" (wszech-) isn't necessary. The main party was called All-Union Communist Party (of bolsheviks), but its local branches were named after the adjective of nation (ex. Ukrainian CP(b), Belorussian CP(b), etc.)
